Allen is an actor, media personality, author, speaker, minister, musician, marketing strategist, and Executive Director of FAS Radio Network, a national internet radio station dedicated to connecting listeners through faith, music, and community. Throughout his career, he has embraced every opportunity to inspire, educate, and serve—whether through the written word, the spoken message, music, or the screen.

As an author, Frederick is the author of Meditations for Music Ministry: A 30-Day Devotional, a devotional written to encourage, strengthen, and inspire those serving in music ministry. He also writes works that promote personal growth, spiritual reflection, and purposeful living. As the host of radio programs and podcasts, he engages audiences in thoughtful conversations that inform, inspire, and uplift.
